Material:
– 250 gr minced beef
– 4 eggs
– Salt to taste
Sauce Ingredients:
– 3 tablespoons margarine
– 9 red onions, then finely sliced
– 350 cc hot
– 1/2 tsp ground pepper
– 1/2 tbsp
– 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
– Salt to taste
– 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
– Sasa Beef Flavored Broth Seasoning
How to make:
1. Mix the minced beef with egg and salt, then stir until smooth. Then place in a heatproof dish, then bake in the oven until cooked.
2. Sauce: heat margarine in a pan, then saute the sliced shallots until they smell fragrant. Add the stock, then add the Sasa Tomato Sauce, Sasa Beef Flavored Broth Seasoning, pepper, nutmeg, salt and sweet soy sauce. Lastly, cook until boiling and remove from heat.
3. Drizzle the minced beef steak with the sauce.

Material:
– 1 kg thinly sliced beef (ribs or top sirloin)
– 3 green onions, cut into 2 inch pieces
– 1 small carrot, thinly sliced
Spice:
– 3 tbsp water
– 2 tbsp minced garlic
– 2 tablespoons sesame oil
– 2 tsp sesame seeds
– 1/8 tsp
– 1 pack of Special Chicken Lumur Seasoning Sasa
How to make:
1. Mix all the spice ingredients in a bowl.
2. Place meat and ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Add the spices and stir gently to combine everything well. Marinate the meat for one to two hours.
4. Prepare a frying pan or grill, heat it until it’s really hot. Then add the mixed meat and spices to the pan.
5. Cook the meat until cooked and the spices are completely absorbed, then serve and sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onions on top.

– 1 tsp cornstarch
– 1 onion, thinly sliced
– 3 tablespoons oil
Black Pepper Sauce Ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns
– 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
– 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
– 1 tsp Now MSG
How to make:
1. Roast whole black pepper seeds over low heat for approximately 8-10 minutes.
2. Grind the roasted whole black pepper seeds until smooth.
3. Prepare a bowl and add ground black pepper, sweet soy sauce, Sasa Tomato Sauce, oyster sauce, salt and Sasa MSG.
4. Then set aside the black pepper sauce.
5. Marinate the beef with salt and Sasa MSG. Then, add cornstarch and stir.
6. Heat the oil in a Teflon then add the beef, sauté over high heat. Add black pepper sauce. Then, add the onions.
7. Saute briefly.
8. Ready to serve.
4. Stir-fry Beef Mercon Recipe

Material:
– 500 grams beef (diced)
– 2 bay leaves
– 2 stalks lemongrass (crushed)
– 3 lime leaves (remove the leaf bones)
– 200 ml of water
– Enough cooking oil for frying
Ground spices:
– 15 red cayenne peppers
– 5 curly red chilies
– 5 cloves of garlic
– 8 cloves of red onion
– 2cm
– 2 cm galangal
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp granulated sugar
– 1 tsp Sasa Beef Flavored Broth Seasoning
Supplementary Materials:
– Warm white rice
– Crackers or chips
– Cucumber pickles
How to make:
1. Cut the beef into suitable sized dice, then wash and drain.
2. Mix together the ground spice ingredients and puree.
3. Saute the ground spices then add the bay leaves, lemongrass and lime leaves, stir until evenly mixed.
4. Add the beef pieces to the sautéed spices. Stir well until the meat changes color.
5. Add water, salt, granulated sugar and stock powder. Stir again until the spices are absorbed.
6. Cover the pan and cook over low heat until the meat is tender and the spices are completely absorbed.
7. Don’t forget to stir occasionally so it doesn’t burn. This process takes about 30-40 minutes.
8. Once the meat is cooked and the spices are absorbed, remove from heat and serve the stir-fried beef firecrackers on a serving plate.
9. Serve with warm white rice, crackers or chips, and pickled cucumber as a complement.
5. Beef Satay Recipe

Material:
– 350 grams of fried beef, pounded first so that the meat is tender
– 1 handful of Peanuts, roasted and pureed
– 50 ml sweet soy sauce
– 10 pieces of Red Onion
– 3 cloves of Garlic
– 3 cm galangal
– 1 tsp Chicken Flavored Broth Seasoning Sasa
– Cumin to taste
– Salt to taste
– Sugar to taste
– Pepper to taste
– Coriander to taste
How to make:
1. Puree the shallots, garlic, galangal, cumin, salt, pepper, coriander and sugar.
2. In a large container, mix the ground spices, crushed peanuts, soy sauce and Chicken Flavored Broth Seasoning Sasa. Stir well.
3. Put the pieces of meat into it, stir and leave to soak (I left it for 1.5 hours in the refrigerator)
4. After the spices are absorbed, skewer the meat on skewers while clenching it into fists. Do this until the meat is finished.
5. Grill until cooked while rubbing with the remaining spices.
6. Serve warm with white rice or lontong and peanut sauce.
