Material:
– 300 gr cold rice
– Shredded chicken, to taste
– 4 cloves of garlic
– 7 red onions
– 20 green cayenne peppers
– 2 chicken eggs
– 1 tsp dried ebi
– Mustard greens & cabbage
– ½ tsp salt
– ½ tsp ground pepper
– ½ tsp granulated sugar
– 1 tsp Now MSG
– 2 tbsp Sasa Sambal Terasi
How to make:
1. Coarsely chop all the ingredients.
2. Fry the scrambled eggs and stir-fry the uleg and ebi spices until fragrant.
3. Add vegetables, shredded chicken, followed by rice.
4. Then add 2 tablespoons of Sundanese style Sambal Terasi Sasa and cook quickly over high heat.
5. Adjust the taste and serve with cucumber, crackers and fried egg.

– 1 pack of Special Chicken Fried Rice Seasoning Sasa
– 1 egg
– 400 grams of white rice (cold rice is better so the texture is not mushy)
– 2 tablespoons cooking oil
– 2 tablespoons ready-to-eat sambal matah (you can make your own from sliced shallots, chilies, lemongrass and hot oil)
– Chives, for sprinkling (optional)
– Grated mozzarella cheese (optional, if you want a creamy and savory taste)
How to make:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan, then scramble the eggs until half cooked.
2. Add white rice, stir briefly until the rice breaks down.
3. Add Sasa Special Chicken Fried Rice Seasoning, stir until the spices are evenly distributed and the rice turns golden.
4. Add the matah chili sauce, stir quickly until evenly mixed and you can feel the typical matah aroma.
5. If you like, add mozzarella cheese on top of the hot rice to melt it a little.
6. Remove, sprinkle spring onions on top.
7. Serve warm and enjoy the fresh spicy sensation of sambal matah with the typical savory taste of Sasa.

– 100 gr egg noodles
– 2 eggs
– 1/4 cabbage, thinly sliced
– 10 green mustard greens, cut into pieces
– 200 gr boiled chicken breast, shredded
– 100 ml of water
– 1 tomato, cut into pieces
– 4 cayenne peppers, coarsely crushed
– 3 tablespoons oil for frying
– 1 Sasa Beef Flavored Broth Seasoning
– Crackers, to taste
– Fried onions, to taste
– Pickles, to taste
How to make:
1. Heat the oil, sauté the coarsely ground chilies, then add the eggs, scramble them. Then add the noodles, stir well then add the water
2. Add the Sasa Beef Flavored Broth, chicken and vegetables, stir well
3. Add tomatoes, stir well.
4. Remove and serve with accompaniments.

– 2 spring onions

– A pinch of sugar
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch solution
How to make:
1. Saute the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
2. Pour in water, add carrots and meatballs, cook until half soft.
3. Add broccoli, white mustard greens, pepper, salt, sugar and Chicken Flavored Broth Seasoning Sauce.
4. Pour in the cornstarch solution, stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Add the spring onions, stir briefly, then serve warm.
