Material:
– ½ medium sized chicken
– Sasa Special Chicken Lumur Seasoning
– 50 gr onions
– 4 red onions, thinly sliced
– 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
– 2 cm ginger, crushed
– 2 bay leaves
– 1 red tomato
– 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tsp salt
– Now MSG
– 250 ml water
How to make:
1. Marinate the chicken with Special Chicken Bumbu Lumur Sasa for at least 1 hour.
2. Fry the chicken only ⅓ cooked, remove and drain.
3. Heat a frying pan with a little oil. Then saute the shallots, garlic, ginger and bay leaves.
4. Add fried chicken.
5. Add sweet soy sauce, salty soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and Sasa MSG. Stir well, then add water.
6. Cook until the water reduces.
7. Add onions and tomatoes.
8. Soy Sauce Chicken is ready to be served.

Material:
– 1 Sasa Kentucky Style Seasoned Flour 225 gr
– 6 tablespoons Sasa Flour + cold water (ratio 1: 2)
– Remaining Sasa flour to taste
– Enough cooking oil to taste
How to make:
1. Roll the chicken, first in the dry mixture, then in the wet mixture, and finally put it back in the dry mixture.
2. Press and squeeze 10x while tapping.
3. Fry the chicken until golden brown, remove and set aside. Serve.

– 1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
– 6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
– 8 red onions, thinly sliced
– 2 cm ginger, crushed
– 2 lemongrass stalks, bruised
– 3 bay leaves
– 2 tomatoes, cut into pieces
– 100 ml sweet soy sauce
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp Chicken Flavored Broth Seasoning Sasa
– 1/2 tsp ground pepper
– 1/2 tbsp
– 4 cloves
– 1 cinnamon stick
– 500 ml of water
– Enough cooking oil
Complementary:
– Fried onions for sprinkling
– Pickled cucumbers and carrots
How to make:
1. Wash the chicken pieces and coat with a little salt. Let stand for about 15 minutes so that the salt absorbs into the chicken meat. This also helps reduce the fishy smell of chicken.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Saute the shallots, garlic, ginger, lemongrass and bay leaves until fragrant and the onions turn brown.
3. Add the chicken pieces to the pan, stir well until the chicken changes color and the surface looks cooked.
4. Add tomatoes, cloves, cinnamon, ground pepper, ground nutmeg, and Chicken Flavored Broth Bumbu Sasa. Stir well until all the spices are absorbed into the chicken.
5. Pour sweet soy sauce into the pan. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated with soy sauce.
6. After that, pour enough water so that the chicken is submerged. Cook over low heat until the chicken is tender and the stew sauce thickens. Don’t forget to stir occasionally so that the spices are completely absorbed.
7. Once the chicken is tender and the sauce has reduced, remove from the stove. Serve the Soy Sauce Chicken Stew on a serving plate, sprinkle with fried onions to add taste and aroma.
4. Grilled Chicken Recipe

Material:
– 2 whole chicken thighs (500 gr)
– 200 ml Liquid Coconut Milk Sasa (200 ml)
– 500 ml of water
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp Now MSG
– 1–2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
Complementary:
– Sasa Sambal Terasi
Ground spices:
– 10 red onion cloves
– 5 cloves of garlic
– 12 curly red chilies
– 5 bird’s eye chilies (according to spicy taste)
– 4 candlenuts, roasted
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– 1 tsp pepper
– 50 ml oil
How to make:
1. Blend all the spices with oil until smooth.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons margarine, saute the ground spices until fragrant and cooked.
3. Add salt, Sasa MSG, and sweet soy sauce, stir well.
4. Add the chicken thighs, stir until the entire surface of the chicken is coated with spices.
5. Pour in water and liquid coconut milk sauce, stir gently.
6. Cook over low heat until the chicken is tender, the sauce has reduced and the spices are absorbed.
7. Grill the chicken in Teflon or charcoal while brushing with the remaining spice sauce until brown and fragrant.
8. Serve warm with fresh vegetables and Sasa Sambal Terasi.
5. Chicken Siomay Recipe

Material:
– 350 gr chicken thigh fillet
– 150 gr chicken skin
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 2 tsp Chicken Flavored Broth Seasoning Sasa
– 1 tsp Now MSG
– 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
– 1 tbsp fish sauce
– 2 tsp sugar
– 2 egg whites
– 150 ml cold water (ice)
– 90 gr siamet pumpkin (strength)
– 220 gr tipunk
– 3 onions
Peanut Sauce Ingredients:
– 150 gr fried peanuts
– 5 red onions
– 6 curly red chilies
– 5 cayenne peppers
– 800 ml of water
– 30 gr brown sugar
– 5 lime leaves
– 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp Now MSG
– 1 tsp Chicken Flavored Broth Seasoning Sasa
Complementary:
– White tofu, lime, potatoes, boiled eggs
How to make:
1. Puree the chicken dumpling ingredients using a chopper/blender. Add Sasa MSG and Sasa Chicken Flavored Broth Seasoning to make it taste even more delicious and savory.
2. You can fill the remaining white tofu into a round shape. Smooth using a fork.
3. Steam until cooked.
4. Continue by making peanut sauce. Fry the ingredients first, then use a blender with enough water until smooth.
5. Cook the mashed beans over low heat.
6. Add brown sugar, lime leaves, sweet soy sauce, salt, MSG Sasa, and Chicken Flavored Broth Seasoning Sasa.
7. Cook until the consistency of the peanut sauce begins to thicken and releases oil.
8. Serve with complementary ingredients and lime.
