Brilio.net – The aroma of garlic stir-fried with sweet soy sauce always has its own way of making the stomach churn. Fried rice is one of the easiest comfort foods to find anywhere, from home kitchens to busy roadside carts at nightfall.
Its simplicity is actually the main attraction, especially when the spices and toppings combine perfectly. Just one bite is enough to make your tongue feel pampered and your heart feel warm.
Every version of fried rice always has its own story. Some are made bitingly spicy with the addition of fresh bird’s eye chili sauce, others are made savory and sweet like the Javanese style.
Some people prefer to add chicken pieces and eggs, while others choose a simple version with shallots and shrimp paste. There is no standard recipe, because the secret is in the hand that cooks it.
As soon as the spatula starts to collide with the hot pan, the sizzling sound feels like appetizing music. The white rice which was originally plain turned into a tempting dish, especially when soy sauce was poured in and the brown color started to even out.
Every grain of rice looked alive, glistening with the oil and spices that were perfectly absorbed. This sensation is so distinctive, it makes it difficult for anyone to stop before the plate is completely empty.

Material:
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 crushed red onion
– Rice
– Words

How to cook:
1. Add onions and saute until fragrant.
2. Add rice then stir.
3. Add soy sauce and Sasa MSG, stir until smooth.
4. Beat the eggs, add a little salt, then scramble in a separate pan until cooked.

– 300 gr cold rice
– Shredded chicken, to taste
– 4 cloves of garlic
– 7 red onions
– 20 green cayenne peppers
– 2 chicken eggs
– 1 tsp dried ebi
– Mustard greens & cabbage

How to make:
1. Coarsely chop all the ingredients.
2. Fry the scrambled eggs and stir-fry the uleg and ebi spices until fragrant.
3. Add vegetables, shredded chicken, followed by rice.
4. Then add 2 tablespoons of Sasa Sambal Terasi and cook quickly over high heat.
5. Adjust the taste and serve with cucumber, crackers and fried egg.

– 1 plate of white rice (try to make the rice cold/yesterday’s so it doesn’t get soft)

– 1 egg
– 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
– 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

How to make:
1. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Saute chopped garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the basic white spices, stir well until cooked and fragrant.
3. Slide the spices to the edge of the pan, then crack the egg on the empty side. Scramble until cooked.
4. Add the sliced mustard greens, stir-fry briefly until slightly wilted.
5. Add white rice. Mix well with spices and eggs.
6. Add Sasa Sambal Terasi, sweet soy sauce, pepper and Sasa MSG. Stir all the ingredients until evenly mixed and the rice looks evenly colored.
7. Taste the taste. Correct if necessary.

– 120 gr sliced beef
– 2 spring onions, sliced

– 160 gr kimchi, cut into pieces
– 300 gr white rice
– 1 tbsp gochujang
– 1/2 tbsp gochugaru

How to make:
1. Heat a frying pan, add oil, stir-fry beef slices until cooked, remove from heat and set aside.

– 5 red onions
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 2 candlenuts
– 2 tbsp Sasa Sambal Terasi
– 1 egg
– 50 grams
– ½ tbsp sweet soy sauce
– ½ tsp salt
– A pinch of sugar
– ½ tsp pepper
– 1 spring onion
How to make:
1. Finely chop 5 cloves of shallots, 3 cloves of garlic, and 2 candlenuts.
2. Fry the anchovies in hot oil until dry, then sauté the ground spices in the remaining oil.
3. When the spices are fragrant, scramble the eggs and add 2 tablespoons of Sasa Sambal Terasi.
4. Add 3 scoops of rice, add ½ tablespoon of sweet soy sauce, ½ teaspoon of salt, a pinch of sugar, and ½ teaspoon of pepper. Stir evenly.
5. Add mustard greens, fried anchovies and green onions.
