Material:
– 2 packs of powdered chocolate
– 2 eggs
– 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
– 9 tablespoons all-purpose wheat flour
– 1 tsp SP
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 sachet of vanilla powder
– 10 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 6 tbsp warm water
How to make:
1. Dissolve chocolate in warm water, add vegetable oil. Mix well and set aside.
2. In another container, beat the eggs, granulated sugar, SP, and vanilla powder using a high speed mixer until white is thick and smooth.
3. Add the sifted flour little by little while stirring gently.
4. Add baking powder, stir briefly until smooth.
5. Pour the chocolate solution slowly into the mixture, stir again until evenly mixed.
6. Heat the steamer until it steams a lot. Prepare a mold or baking sheet that has been smeared with a little oil.
7. Pour the mixture, steam for ±30 minutes using medium heat. Cover the steamer with a cloth to prevent water vapor from dripping.

Material:
– 2 eggs
– 8 tablespoons granulated sugar, around 100 gr
– 15 tablespoons black sticky rice flour, ±150 gr
– 1 sachet of instant coconut milk, 65 ml
– ½ tsp baking powder
– ½ tsp baking soda
– ¼ tsp salt
– 3 tbsp water
– 3 tablespoons cooking oil
How to make:
1. Beat the eggs and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add black sticky rice flour, stir until mixed.
3. Add coconut milk, baking powder, baking soda, salt and water. Stir well.
4. Finally add the oil, stir again until smooth.
5. Pour into a baking dish, steam for 30 minutes over medium heat. Cover the steamer with a cloth base so that the steam does not drip.

Material:
– 150 gr brown sugar, fine comb
– 50 gr granulated sugar
– 250 ml water
– 2 pandan leaves
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 tsp SP/TBM
– 200 gr medium protein wheat flour
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 50 ml cooking oil
How to make:
1. Boil brown sugar, granulated sugar, water, pandan leaves and salt until dissolved. Strain and let cool.
2. Beat the eggs and SP using a high speed mixer until fluffy and pale white.
3. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda. Gradually add to the egg mixture, alternating with the cooled brown sugar water. Stir gently using a spatula until smooth.
4. Add cooking oil, stir again until evenly mixed.
5. Heat the steamer over high heat until there is a lot of steam. Prepare a steamed sponge mold and fill it completely to the surface.
6. Steam for 15–20 minutes. Don’t open the lid of the steamer during the process so it doesn’t go flat.

– 500 gr wheat flour

– 320 ml soda water

How to make:
