1. Record Label is a recording company that produces music and manages promotion of artists/musicians.

2. Music Aggregator / Distributor, is a company that distributes music to various platforms that sell music works both downloaded and streamed. Distributors distribute master audio recording works to various locations outlet such as Spotify, iTunes, JOOX, Deezer, TikTok etc. After a certain period of time the Distributor collects royalties and pays them to the owner of the work.

3. LMK Collective management institutions are institutions that collect royalties for the performing rights of a song. This institution collects royalties from places that provide music as part of their facilities, for example live concert venues, hotels, cafes, recreation areas, shopping centers, cinemas, karaoke places, RBT, ringtones & websites, TV and radio stations, modes of transportation that play music. an example of the largest LMK in Indonesia is WAMI (Indonesian Music Forum)

4. Publisher (Publisher) is a company that is authorized to manage the rights of songwriters. A song registered with a publisher will be used for a cover or reproduced in the form of a new recording. The publisher who has been authorized by the songwriter has the right to grant a license to the user with conditions adjusted for use.
