– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 crushed red onion
– Yesterday’s cold rice

How to make:
1. Cook scrambled eggs

Material:
– 2 packs of Original Multipurpose Sasa Flour
– 1/2 kg Chicken, clean and cut into small pieces
– 1/2 Onion
– 3 cloves of Garlic
– 1 tbsp butter
– 1 tbsp Sasa Sambal Sauce
– 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp ground pepper
How to make:
1. Make a wet dough by mixing the Original Multipurpose Sasa Flour with ice water, stir until smooth.
2. Make a dry dough with Sasa Original Multipurpose Seasoned Flour.
3. Coat the chicken in the wet mixture, then coat it again in the dry mixture.
4. Fry the chicken over medium heat until cooked. Lift and drain.
5. In a clean frying pan, sauté the garlic and onion in butter.
6. Add Sasa Chili Sauce and Sasa Tomato Sauce.
7. Add salt and pepper powder then add the fried chicken.
8. Stir well until the spices are absorbed.
9. Lift and serve.

Material:
– 2 plates of white rice, preferably cold rice/the day before
– 150–200 g boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into small pieces
– 1 pack of Special Chicken Fried Rice Seasoning Sasa
– 2 eggs, beaten well
– 2 tablespoons cooking oil
– 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (optional)
– ½ small onion, thinly sliced (optional)
– 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
– 1 tablespoon margarine or butter (optional, for a more savory taste)
Additional toppings (according to taste):
– Shrimp crisp
– Fried onions
– Cucumber and tomato slices
– Pickles
– Fried eggs/omelet
– Slice cayenne pepper if you like it spicy
How to make:
1. Cool the rice if it is still hot.
2. Cut the chicken into small pieces so it cooks quickly.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant.
4. Add the chicken, stir until the chicken changes color and is cooked. Add margarine/butter if you want a more savory taste. Stir well.
5. Slide the chicken to the edge of the pan. Add a little oil if necessary.
6. Pour the beaten egg into the empty side of the pan. Stir until the eggs are scrambled.
7. Mix the eggs again with the chicken.
8. Add white rice to the pan. Sprinkle Sasa Special Chicken Fried Rice Seasoning over the rice.
9. Stir well until all the rice is mixed with the spices, chicken and eggs.
10. Break up the lumpy rice with a spatula so that it doesn’t clump.
11. Add the sliced spring onions. Just stir for a moment.
12. Taste a little. Usually the taste is just right with Sasa Bumbu Special Chicken Fried Rice.
13. If you want it spicy, add sliced cayenne pepper and stir again.
14. Turn off the stove. Transfer the fried rice to a serving plate.
15. Add toppings: crackers, fried onions, cucumber and tomato slices, pickles, and fried egg/omelet.
4. Padang Sauce Shrimp Recipe

Material:
– 500 gr lobster
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 lime
Ground spices:
– 10 curly red chilies
– 5 red bird’s eye chilies
– 8 cloves of red onion
– 5 cloves of garlic
– Oil for frying
Other ingredients:
– 1 segment of ginger, bruised
– 2 lime leaves
– 5 tbsp Tomato Sauce
– 1 tsp pepper
– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
– ½ tsp Now MSG
– 1 tsp granulated sugar
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 red tomato, cut into 6 parts
– 100 ml of water
How to make:
1. Clean the shrimp, add salt and coat with lime juice. Leave it for 15 minutes then wash it clean.
2. Heat the oil, saute the ground spices with lime leaves and ginger until fragrant and cooked.
3. Season with Sasa MSG, salt, sugar, pepper, tomato sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well.
4. Add the shrimp, cook until they change color. Then add water, cook briefly until the sauce thickens.
5. Finally add the tomatoes, stir well. If the taste is right, the shrimp are cooked, turn off the heat and serve.
5. Sweet and Sour Squid Recipe

Material:
– 500 grams of fresh squid
– 1 onion (thinly sliced)
– 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
– 1 red bell pepper (cut into cubes)
– 1 green bell pepper (cut into cubes)
– 3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 1 tbsp Sasa Sambal Sauce (optional, if you like it spicy)
– 1 tsp granulated sugar
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp ground pepper
– 100 ml of water
– 2 tablespoons oil for frying
– 1 spring onion (roughly sliced)
How to cook:
1. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add the squid, stir quickly for 1 minute.
3. Add Sasa Tomato Sauce, oyster sauce, and Sasa Sambal Sauce. Stir well.
4. Add sugar, salt, pepper and water. Cook briefly until the spices are absorbed.
5. Add the peppers and spring onions, stir briefly so they remain crunchy.
6. Remove and serve warm with white rice.
