Material:
– 1 pack of Special Chicken Fried Rice Seasoning Sasa
– 1 egg
– 400 grams of white rice (cold rice is better so the texture is not mushy)
– 2 tablespoons cooking oil
– 2 tablespoons ready-to-eat sambal matah (you can make your own from sliced shallots, chilies, lemongrass and hot oil)
– Chives, for sprinkling (optional)
– Grated mozzarella cheese (optional, if you want a creamy and savory taste)
How to make:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan, then scramble the eggs until half cooked.
2. Add white rice, stir briefly until the rice breaks down.
3. Add Sasa Special Chicken Fried Rice Seasoning, stir until the spices are evenly distributed and the rice turns golden.
4. Add the matah chili sauce, stir quickly until evenly mixed and you can feel the typical matah aroma.
5. If you like, add mozzarella cheese on top of the hot rice to melt it a little.
6. Remove, sprinkle spring onions on top.
7. Serve warm and enjoy the fresh spicy sensation of sambal matah with the typical savory taste of Sasa.

Material:
– 300 gr cold rice
– Shredded chicken, to taste
– 4 cloves of garlic
– 7 red onions
– 20 green cayenne peppers
– 2 chicken eggs
– 1 tsp dried ebi
– Mustard greens & cabbage
– ½ tsp salt
– ½ tsp ground pepper
– ½ tsp granulated sugar
– 1 tsp Now MSG
– 2 tbsp Sasa Sambal Terasi
How to make:
1. Coarsely chop all the ingredients.
2. Fry the scrambled eggs and saute the ground spices and ebi until fragrant.
3. Add vegetables, shredded chicken, followed by rice.
4. Then add 2 tablespoons of Sundanese style Sambal Terasi Sasa and cook quickly over high heat.
5. Adjust the taste and serve with cucumber, crackers and fried egg.

– 2 plates of white rice, preferably cold rice/the day before
– 150–200 g boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into small pieces
– 1 pack of Special Chicken Fried Rice Seasoning Sasa
– 2 eggs, beaten well
– 2 tablespoons cooking oil
– 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (optional)
– ½ small onion, thinly sliced (optional)
– 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
– 1 tablespoon margarine or butter (optional, for a more savory taste)
Additional toppings (according to taste):
– Shrimp crisp
– Fried onions
– Cucumber and tomato slices
– Pickles
– Fried eggs/omelet
– Slice cayenne pepper if you like it spicy
How to make:
1. Cool the rice if it is still hot.
2. Cut the chicken into small pieces so it cooks quickly.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant.
4. Add the chicken, stir until the chicken changes color and is cooked. Add margarine/butter if you want a more savory taste. Stir well.
5. Slide the chicken to the edge of the pan. Add a little oil if necessary.
6. Pour the beaten egg into the empty side of the pan. Stir until the eggs are scrambled.
7. Mix the eggs again with the chicken.
8. Add white rice to the pan. Sprinkle Sasa Special Chicken Fried Rice Seasoning over the rice.
9. Stir well until all the rice is mixed with the spices, chicken and eggs.
10. Break up the lumpy rice with a spatula so that it doesn’t clump.
11. Add the sliced spring onions. Just stir for a moment.

– 1 plate of rice
– 3 red bw
– 1 large red chili
– Mix vegetables
– 2 sausages
– Sweet soy sauce to taste
– Oyster sauce to taste
– Salt to taste
– 2 eggs
How to make:
1. Slice all the chilies, onions and sausages.

How to make:
1. Heat the ghee in a frying pan, add the cinnamon, bay leaves and ground spices then saute until fragrant, then add the goat meat to it and stir until evenly mixed.
2. Add water, let it boil until the goat meat is cooked and the broth thickens slightly.
3. Add the rice and sweet soy sauce. Then add the Special Chicken Fried Rice Sasa, stir until evenly mixed, stir until the rice is evenly mixed and the rice is slightly dry.
