– 1 chicken, cut according to taste

– Sasa Special Chicken Lumur Seasoning
– 2 cm ginger, ring
– 2 bay leaves
– 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed

– 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

How to make:

4. Add coconut water, brown sugar, tamarind and seasoning.

6. Cook until tender and the spices are absorbed (the cooking water begins to thicken and recede).

– Tempeh
– Cucumber

Uleg seasoning:
– 25 cayenne peppers
– 5 cloves of garlic
– Now MSG
– Salt
– Oil
How to make:
1. Prepare 2 whole chicken thighs.
