Alunada Choir is a modern choral community that was formed as a space for learning, creating and performing together. Open to hobby and professional singers, with a supportive, productive and creative environment.

1. Membership & Administration

Registration

Every prospective member must:
• Fill out the registration form (online/offline).
• Pay monthly fees: IDR 150,000. (for the first 10 people)

Member Facilities
• Access to GDrive specifically includes:
• Scores (numerical notes & musical notes).
• Backing track for independent practice.
• Must join the members’ WhatsApp group.
• Opportunities to record, perform live, and participate in commercial projects.
• Face to face training once a week.
• Collective videos (cover of 1 popular song) are released at the end of every month.

Member Obligations
• Doing vocal homework:
Send singing videos (can be recorded yourself at home or in the studio).
• Attend weekly joint training.
• Maintain etiquette during activities and within the group.

2. Activity Program

A. Regular Training
• Face to face once per week.
• Focus on:
• Individual and group vocal techniques.
• Blend, harmony, and dynamics.
• Monthly project preparation.

B. Monthly Projects

Every month, Alunada Choir:
• Record and release a collective video cover of 1 popular song.
• Intensive training for unification of voice and expression.
• Members who are unable to attend can still contribute through self-recordings.

C. Performance & Opportunities

If more than 70% of members are trained, Alunada Choir has the potential to:
• Participate in choir competitions/festivals.
• Appear at various public events.
• Take part in commercial recording projects.

3. Contribution Management

Monthly contributions are used for:
• Making song arrangements.
• Practice room facilities.
• Purchase of supporting equipment.
• Crew payments (music director, videographer, editor, etc.).
• Development of member programs & facilities.

4. Pell & Ethics (Dos & Don’ts)

Do’s (What Must Be Done)
• Follow regular exercise.
• Do vocal homework (video).
• Maintain a good attitude towards fellow members.
• Use sheet music & audio material for internal purposes only.

Prohibition
• Not doing homework 3 times in a row → expelled.
• Behavior that is indecent or detrimental to the name of the community.
• Create trouble, sow conflict, or destroy the training atmosphere.
• Gossiping or spreading slander in the group.
• Selling in WA groups.
• Distributing recordings, scores, or any other materials outside the community without permission.

5. Who Can Join?

Alunada Choir is open to:
• Hobbyist and professional singer.
• Age range:
• 7–16 years (Junior category)
• 17–35 years (Youth/Adult category)
• Not tied to a particular genre—all styles of music are welcome.
