Material:
– 1 plate of cold white rice, around 180 gr
– 1 egg
– 75 gr peeled shrimp
– 1/2 sausage, cut into small cubes
– 2 tablespoons carrots cut into small cubes
– 2 tablespoons cucumber cut into small cubes
– 1 tbsp sliced spring onions
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 2 tablespoons cooking oil
How to make:

How to make:
1. Puree the shallots, garlic, candlenuts, red chilies, shrimp paste, oil and water with a blender or pestle until it becomes a smooth spice.
2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, saute the ground spices over medium heat until they are fragrant and turn a darker color, a sign that they are cooked. Set aside as needed if there is too much spice.
